Exercise Is Medicine

Take a moment to visualize your Body on Exercise.  Imagine for a moment, little pharmaceutical bottles inside your body, and as you exercise, the lids of these bottles are popping open.  One at a time, throughout your entire musculoskeletal system and neuromuscular system,  improving your health from head to toe.  This is what happens when you exercise with me.  When was the last time you practiced balance while building strength in every muscle in your body? My FUNctional FITness classes focus on strength, movement, balance, breath, and flexibility. You can pick the music and we will get FIT while having FUN. My WHY for exercise is not to strut around in daisy dukes encouraging people to think, “Wow….she must work out! My WHY is much deeper than that. I know that exercise gives my body the internal environment to turn on my own internal medicine!
